Looking at emclient forum reports lots of others having same problem it only seems to have happened since upgrade emclient 9 most of comments are linking this fault to software in emclient 9 but of course emclient are not acknowledging this but are blaming email account sites. But I also have emclient on other windows 7 machine which works fine noter I have Spent hours trying to resolve this issue without any success. Check all ports imap change ports configure this email AD as pop Clear stored logs ( note when I do this the email address try’s to connect but then stops i check log & all the error’s re appear) Then told to go into diagnostics put in parameters clear local flags extra done that still no joy Then advised to check router ports make inbound not blocking my is set not block any inbound so not that This fault only seems to be on windows 7 my other machines which have windows 10 seem all ok. Some of the advice given which I have tried is as follows.
The machines I am using are laptop With windows 7 pro & a desktop with windows 7 the laptop I have emclient pro on so support should be available but every time I try I am stopped from accessing that support it not authorised on this email address. So back to this email account on emclient I also know I can send emails through for this account, but it won’t receive back. I know my AOL account is working fine I can go on their web email account send & receive without any problems.
The problem I have is with my email address des.mai1 your emclient won’t receive emails no matter I do.
Note also been on Webb requested help to resolve this carried out some of advise given there again without success. Originally i would of given a 5 star rating up to a couple of weeks ago since that time i have had serious problems with emclient but only with one of my email addresses in your ap all the other email address work fine I have also posted of the emclient forum several request for help not had one reply yet but others which have had similar fault I have took up all advise from them tried them all without success.
